We’re hiring a Senior Customer Success & Data Manager to lead complex enterprise onboarding, turn data complexity into business outcomes, and champion the processes that enable scalable, high-quality implementations. You’ll work hand in hand with our customers to ensure a smooth and structured onboarding, streamline data preparation and migration, and help them leverage Avallone’s platform to achieve accurate, validated, and actionable data that drives compliance and business results.
In this role, you’ll guide a focused portfolio of customers with significant data needs, from onboarding through adoption, hypercare, and renewal. You’ll also be the go-to specialist supporting other CSMs on nuanced technical topics: large migrations, bulk uploads, QA standards, lifecycle reporting, and “what good looks like” for clean, reliable customer data. While you’ll handle technical configuration and setup within Customer Success, you’ll collaborate closely with the engineering team on technical integrations and API-related work to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Roles + Responsibilities
Lead complex enterprise onboarding: build + run structured project plans, align stakeholders, coordinate data preparation/migration, and drive clear time-to-value.
Serve as the CS data specialist: standardize intake templates, define bulk upload workflows, and perform/oversee QA to ensure accuracy and completeness across implementations.
Coach + support CSMs on data topics: assist with complex migrations, validation approaches, issue triage, and best practices that scale across customers.
Act as key CS liaison to the engineering team and Product on data/process topics: close feedback loops, refine onboarding efficiency, and align implementation workflows.
Run Regular Business Reviews with your portfolio: present outcomes, new use cases + relevant improvements; spot and refer upsell opportunities (platform + services) to Sales.
Design, document, and continuously improve CS processes: create SOPs/templates, set clear data quality checkpoints, and ensure practices are adopted consistently.
Primary administrator for HubSpot within Customer Success: define fields, validations, properties, lists + dashboards to enable accurate lifecycle reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, RnD, Sales, FCP Services + Support to deliver customer outcomes and accelerate time-to-value.

Requirements
5+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation in SaaS with substantial data process or data management exposure.
Proven experience running complex enterprise implementations with many stakeholders (IT, PMO, compliance, and executives).
Strong communicator who translates technical/data detail into business impact for diverse audiences.
Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable setting high standards for quality + consistency.
Hands-on experience as a HubSpot (or similar) admin for CS reporting fundamentals (fields, validations, lists, dashboards).
Operates independently, leads by influence, and uplifts team capability through training + enablement.
Fluent in spoken + written English.
Bonus points
Experience with API-enabled implementations and data migrations.
Exposure to KYC, AML, sanctions, or broader financial crime prevention.
Demonstrated impact scaling CS in a growth-stage SaaS environment.
Experience mentoring/enablement for CS peers.
Fluency in additional European languages.
